If you knew what was really in your tampons, it would take your breath away

It’s time to come clean about the toxic chemicals in tampons

Toxic chemicals, including formaldehyde, PFAS, lead, mercury, and toluene have been found in tampons and other menstrual products.

Some of these chemicals are also found in cigarettes, pesticides/insecticides, and even dynamite, and have been shown to contribute to a range of health issues including reproductive challenges, weakened immune system, and cancer.

Menstruators will spend up to 84,000 hours of their life actively on their period, potentially using more than 10,000 menstrual products over their lifetime. That’s over 10,000 times these chemicals can be absorbed into the body.
